Why is nothing being downloaded to my computer when I select Download PDFs?

If you selected Download PDFs but the file is not being downloaded to your computer, it is most likely because the number of documents selected exceeds the 15 documents at one time limit. When you select more than 15 documents the PDF files are sent to your email instead and you will see a notice at the top of the screen to inform you of that. Check your inbox after a couple of minutes for an email or emails containing the PDF file/s. Remember to check your Junk Mail if you use mail filters.
